like to join our team ....? Coldstream Decorations do not undertake any Construction Industry ‘site work’. All our work is carried out at our client’s private properties around the UK and abroad with most of our work being in Central London. We therefore can only employ the highest calibre tradesmen with good experience of the high quality domestic market; ‘building site’ standard would not be acceptable. Operatives will often be left to work in our clients homes where cleanliness, good overall presentation, reliability, honesty and good social skills are essential. First class trade references will be required and a member of our staff would need to inspect a potential employees/contractors previous work if possible. A clean professional appearance (white overalls) is required. Ex military background with NVQ or equivalent qualifications would also be an advantage. In return we would be pleased to offer regular price or day work with very good potential earnings. We pride ourselves on being prompt and reliable with payments to all our sub contractors/employees. We prefer to employ on a sub-contract basis and all sub contractors will require the necessary CIS documentation.
